5-Star Quality &Service, even w an issue
The unit was very reasonably priced, arrived in a short amount of time, and was exactly what I ordered;; even better quality than I expected! I had a challenge tracking the item as the order number was not being recognized in the tracking system. I was able to get connected with an agent, Ella, who was very responsive, informed me that the unit should have already arrived, which it had. :-) Although I had an issue with being able to track the item, I purchased, I’m very pleased with the customer service and the product itself more than met my expectations; I will purchase from UNice again!
