Very Fishy /A little better (Upadted)
Updated: I raised this from a 2 star to a 3 star because after threatening to report the company to my bank and the FTC for fraud my refund came through today 07/02. I did give them until the 9th and they came through quick. So I got my money back. To bad they made what started out as a good experience one ending with a bit of sour taste in my mouth. Initially it all went well. Then the airlines began messing with the flights extending my trip to over 24 hrs. Not under Underprices control nor their fault. Followed up with a customer service rep and got my trip refund approved. A week later I am now being told that my refund may take up to two months. Underpricer blames the airline. I contacted the airline and they sated that credit card refunds are completed within 7 business days. Very very fishy.
