Cancelled my plan with termly after not using the service. Have cancelled over and over, written to support, filed chargebacks and yet they come back and charge every single month, without end. Total scammers, be careful not to give them any credit card.
BuckyDrop has been an incredible partner from day one. As a business just getting off the ground, we needed more than a sourcing platform — we needed a team that would actually walk with us through every step, and that's exactly what we got. Our assigned agent has been responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. They've helped us with custom packaging, custom tags, warehousing, sample ordering across multiple vendors, shipping, and packing — the whole chain, handled with care and attention. What sets BuckyDrop apart isn't just the breadth of what they do, it's how they do it. Every question gets a thoughtful answer, every hurdle gets a solution, and they've consistently gone above and beyond to help us build something we're proud of. Our agent has been an absolute asset to our business, and honestly, a joy to work with. Special shout-out to Seth — the absolute best. If you're looking for a fulfillment and sourcing partner that treats your business like it matters, this is it. Highly, highly recommend.
