I've had service on each of the Big 3 and not one of the reps have ever been as knowledgeable or as helpful and efficient as all the reps I've interacted with at USMobile. PLUS THEY ARE AVAILABLE 24/7; you barely have support options after 7pm and good luck on the weekend. I won't be going back. Paid LITERALLY 3X the cost for less then a quarter of the service. You do need to BYOD.
