We read the reviews on your "our place" one pan. they boasted durability, and non-toxic, non stick cooking surface. For your information... This pan is complete garbage... No matter what temp we cook at low medium, or high everything sticks. Even poached eggs stick. Treating the surface with olive oil, gently warming to cooking temp, stick, stick ,stick.. You provide false data to unsuspecting consumers. The pan is going in the trash and I will provide negative reviews on your over priced and very expensive cook (Burn) ware to anyone willing to listen..
