Avoid Wondershare Recoverit. ... They are Fraud
***Avoid Wondershare Recoverit.*** I bought Wondershare Recoverit to recover important audio files based on its advertised claims. Instead, it recovered only file names, most folders were empty, and the few recovered audio files were corrupted and unusable. What's misleading is that you cannot verify whether recovered files actually work without paying for the full version. File names and previews prove nothing. When I requested a refund because the software failed to do what it promises, customer support avoided the real issue and kept delaying the process. They even asked me to upload evidence, but their own website doesn't support uploading the required files. In my experience, the advertised refund policy is not as customer-friendly as it appears. I lost both my money and my important recordings. Please research carefully and read independent reviews before purchasing. My experience with both the software and customer support was extremely disappointing.
