Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!
Breville makes a really good product. But that’s where it stops. They have the worst customer service that I have ever came across with any company. Ordered two products from them for my Breville oven, one was correct. The other one was not. Called customer support at least 20 times. Was able to talk to someone one of those times, but still unable to get a refund or return the incorrect item. Again was on the phone with them today for 45 minutes. No one ever picked up. If you need a bravo part, please do not order from Breville, just order from Amazon or some other source online. The most frustrating experience I’ve had in a long time with customer service.
