Home Depot buying online
 Bought a raised gardening bed for my wife’s birthday. It came in, and I put it together in less than a week. One of the wheels broke after she had planted plants and put soil in the raised garden bed. I filed a claim and the person I spoke to told me that they would replace the garden bed. I told them that it was already put together and that it had flowers in it or plants and they told me to call a number for who supplied the raised garden bed. I’ve tried that three times and all I get is recording they never call me back even though Home Depot said they were replace the garden bed to me. That’s not sufficient when all I need is a wheel. In my opinion, their customer service is terrible. Makes me rethink dealing with Home Depot in the future. 7/13 - well I called the San Diego number that Home Depot gave me again. Got a recording left my name and telephone number. This is the fourth time I’ve called still have never received a phone call back from him. We’ll never buy anything from Home Depot again they are not very customer friendly.  7/17 - well I’m not sure anything is happening haven’t heard a word. One suggestion I have is never ever deal with Home Depot. I started looking at there ratings and they aren’t very good. Poor would be a better explanation. 7/18 Well another wheel broke today. I guess that’s expected from Home Depot. Still waiting on replacement wheel. 7/25 As usual still no resolution or replacement. 8/1 Go figure, still no resolution 8/8 Still no resolution 8/15 Still no resolution, we have written off Home Depot.
