Contacted multiple times after they took £39.99 from my account. They are refusing to return the money and are ignoring my emails. ***update*** Since your reply (below) you sent me an email, asking that instead of a refund I take a 'special offer'. This was previously offered by yourselves, to which I already had replied to and had already been ignored. I replied to your most recent email, reiterating that I did not want your special offer and again reiterating that I would like my £39.99 back, and you have again ghosted me.
