Every time!
I've needed support on several occasions when my knowledge of web hosting, site setup, etc. wasn't enough. Every single time Hostek has come through with flying colors. This last time, I was trying to troubleshoot a permissions problem with a new domain I've set up. Hassan jumped on it and had me rolling in a couple of hours. And I just have the lowest level shared server account. They're great!
