Good luck with getting your warranty with this company. It Takes multiple months with 100 mails, where 90% of your communication will be ignored, or you get some answers with "sorry, we will get back to you in 2 -3 days", then ignoring you for the next 3 weeks. Spare yourself the effort and get the money back directly from your credit card institutition or paypal. Batteries which should last more than 10 years .. failing in a month . .
