We bought a 75 inch Roku TV from the store in Savannah Georgia when we called they said there was nothing they can do. It was outside the manufacturer warranty only by six months. They wouldn’t even help us!! So after only a 1-1/2 years we were out quite a bit of money for a TV that didn’t last! You would think that they would step in and say that because you bought it from here, we will replace it and we will take it up with the manufacturer ourselves. Just don’t buy nothing from Best Buy. I think it’s sad that they wouldn’t help us. I can see if the TV was four or five years old. But nothing crickets they would not help us at all! Stay away from the store and certainly do not buy a Roku product!!
