Easy Return Process
I ordered a wig in a certain shade but received one in an off shade. I requested an exchange and was immediately supplied with options. Yes, I did have to pay to ship the incorrect one back (under $10) but Unice made up for it on the backend. The new wig received is exactly the color I wanted.
