Unethical company with predatory practices and absolutely zero customer support
IDo not do business with this company. I would give this business a 0/5 stars if possible. I attempted to order Wegovy from TrimRx on 08/11/2026 at ~10am EST. It was not clear from their website that they only offered compound semaglutide and, after discovering this almost immediately after placing the order, I called promptly at 10:40am EST on the same day and tried to cancel the order, which was supposed to be sent in 2 3-month shipments. TrimRx initially refused to cancel the first shipment claiming it was already being processed despite their website clearly saying it hadn't even been sent to pharmacy yet, and they said I would be refunded for the 2nd shipment. Then at 1:35pm EST on the same day, a representative from the TrimRx billing department called me and informed me that what I was initially told was incorrect, and that he sent the cancellation request for the full order to the pharmacy. However, the pharmacy still proceeded with fulfilling the order for the 1st shipment 36 hours later. Now, almost 2 weeks later, I still haven't received any refund at all from TrimRx, for either the first shipment or the 2nd shipment. And every time I attempt to call them, I am forced to chat with an AI agent with no option to speak to a live agent. I have both disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB. I would absolutely recommend not doing any business with this company, because they're happy to take your money and will not give you a refund despite their commitment to do so. UPDATE: Note that after TrimRx responded to my review (see below), I called them at the number and talked to an agent, and it was an utterly unhelpful conversation. The service representative told me the exact same narrative that they've been telling me for over two weeks - the case has been "escalated to the billing department" and there's nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the agent told me noke were available and it was no point because they would tell me the exact same thing the agent was telling me. So don't be fooled by TrimRx's response below where they pretend to be helpful. It's just a ride to save face.
