Good Customer service
Last year I bought what I believed was a one off access for crypto tax calculator. Turned out it was a yearly subscription, which i didn't realise until I received me receipt today for $400 taken out of my account. Was pretty annoyed, but contacted support and it was sorted out very quickly and easily. Payment refunded and subscription cancelled. Thankyou to Gelo for quickly sorting this out for me
