Worst customer service I ever experienced was with this company.
I never received the product that I ordered so I cannot say whether it is effective. But, if their product mirrors their customer service it would be terrible. I ordered and paid for the product in February. After a month it had not arrived and I called for assistance. I was advised the was a delay in shipping the product but it would arrive soon. After another two weeks I called again and was told the product was now with the shipper and would arrive soon. Again, it did not arrive and this time I was told there was nothing that Lumiqour could to help and that I would have to call the shipper for delivery. I called the shipper and after a lengthy phone call I was told the package was lost. At that point I wrote to Lumiqour and explained what I was told by the shipper and requested a refund. They did not respond to my initial or subsequent requests for a refund. All of this experience played out over a span of four months. Despite my numerous correspondence they never responded but did continue to send me advertisement, even after I unsubscribed. I've never experienced such horrible customer service and can't imagine how they stay in business.
