Excellent Customer Service after failure
I own many Ecoflow products over the years including the Delta 2 Max, Delta 2 and extra battery, Powerstream, 2x 400w solar panels, 2x 100w solar panels, and smart plugs for the powerstream. I used to own the Goal Zero lineups but Ecoflow has been my favorite not only for the experience and reliability, but also for the customer support. Unfortunately I did have a strange experience with the Delta 2 no longer taking in any charge after about 2.5 years. It was no longer in warranty in Switzeraland, but after diagnosing with Ecoflow support, they told me they would repair the unit free of charge. The only issue was that Switzerland was not an EU country so i would need to send and receive it from an EU country, which in the end was not too much trouble as there were many options through DPD. After about a week, i received an email saying they are no longer able to repair the unit, but instead would give me a brand new unit which was amazing. Overall, it was great to know they are standing by their products and it makes me feel much more comfortable knowing I chose a brand that stands by their warranty and takes care of their customers!
