I would have given half rating if it was available. How can this ensure the cleanliness of the seat or bus that we opt to book? The seat which I booked in Sugama travels using this red bus resulted in 11 hours of unpleasant jouney as the bed was stinking. I have clicked the pic of the bed... it was not cleaned
