I accidentally made an order purchase and chose the wrong length. Although, I chose to choose and purchase a different wig before requesting a full refund due to the delivery time. Michael was already in my email with option to switch the wig out to the correct size. Michael has been fully cooperative and managed to offer a discount on a different purchase in the future as well as a refund. Thanks Michael for great customer service
