Great shoes, slower-than-expected delivery
The shoes were the strongest part of this Nike order. They looked as good in person as they did online, the cushioning felt comfortable on runs, and the fit provided the arch support I had struggled to find elsewhere. The range of colors also made it easy to choose a pair that felt personal. The weak point was fulfillment: delivery took more than a week, which felt slow compared with other online stores I use. Once the package arrived, the product quality made the wait less frustrating, but the overall experience would have been much better with faster shipping. Based on this order, Nike does well on design, comfort, and product choice. The area that needs attention is delivery speed, especially for customers buying footwear for a specific activity or date.
