Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Total incompetence. I've always enjoyed and bragged about the quality of products. However, any levels of satisfaction were quickly negated with the responses and timeline of the Tech Support in my requests for warranty claim. At this stage I would never recommend Breville products again due to the Tech Support lack of response and delays. I already outlined the hassles I was put through in a prior communication with Tech Support. Regards, Julien Richard
