Thew chair they sent was dented and chipped and even after four emails, they sis not respond. Their phone number goes on-hold forever and no one picks up either. I will not buy another item from this site. Update 8/5/26: Was contacted by Thorvald later after review was posted and they attended to the issue towards resolusion.
