WORST EVER
WORST EVER. They have been charging me for a cancelled account and are refusing to refund the payments. I called and cancelled and they are trying to get out of it by saying I did not follow up for the cancellation. They do not require a written cancellation so they are acting like they never got my verbal one so they don't have to pay me back.
