I have order wallets from Soufeel 3 times now. The first two wallets were good quality, but the 3rd one was not. The picture was stretched, which made my children look distorted. The engraved words on the back of the wallet weren't in the center of the wallet and went past the edges of the wallet. This caused some of the words to be very difficult to read. I let Soufeel know of my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, as this was a gift and there was no way to get a new one make in time. Soufeel offered my a refund of 17% of what I paid for the wallet and shipping. When I asked for a full refund they offered me a 22% refund. I declined and took the offer for them to remake the wallet. The new wallet came and the picture was still distorted, but the words on the back of the wallet had been corrected. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and will not be ordering any more products from Soufeel!
