Not great customer service.
This review is not regarding the product but the experience with customer service. Not worth expecting any help, better off dealing with an authorized retailer if you love the product (which I do think they are good) than with Speedo directly. Came across a good deal on random sale event and ordered accordingly with the sizing recommendation. When the item arrived it was incredibly small, went back to check the sizing chart and the item was gone *site gave me a 404 error* even though I was accessing it through their email confirmation, next morning looked again and was able to find the item, no longer on sale but sizing chart and even looked like the page had changed to the point I thought I had fallen for a scam or something. Reached customer service to see if I could change the product size but was told no and that I had to return and pay the full price. Never felt like I was emailing with an actual person but just a computer system. Even when talking to them on the phone it always felt rushed and several times they would end the call on a hurry before I was even able to finish the sentence.
