Purchased an echo flow wave3 from Amazon it failed in under a year. Amazon says not our problem. Echo flow says it’s Amazon that will have to sort it out. I’m £699 out of pocket and don’t have air conditioning in my motorhome at the hottest time. Customer service is abysmal.Update: I’ve had various offers from Ecoflow first 50% refund , second 75% refund . Then after multiple communication and a threat of trading standards a full refund . They sent a return label after much prompting but its not possible to print due a pdf problem . I will never buy anything from Ecoflow again. Since posting review they have contacted me with lots of apologies but still not action . Amazon are taking this up on my behalf.
