I would give this service a zero if that were an option. I added more money to my account because I was unable to call Shanghai, China, but the service still did not work. When I placed the call, I first heard a ringing tone. After a few seconds, it changed to a “bi bi bi” sound, making it seem as if the line were busy. However, the line was not busy. I confirmed this by calling the same number from my landline, and that call went through successfully. I thought the problem might be my low account balance, so I added another $5.00, but the issue continued. This happened not only with one phone number, but with multiple numbers. There is also no accessible customer service support, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
