7 days return policy, by the time he made it home it was not needed, and the rep say i know it's not the outcome you want to hear, but the policy is outside the window of 7 days. I will not recommend you waste your time on overpriced equipment and shop smarter with other medical suppliers as this one is not a customer friendly or minded place. Buyer Beware!! As I have know found out they were willing to return the item, but they have a 30% restocking fee ($900), return shipping fee ($376.52), and after repacking another $200, after being charged $3300, I would lose 44% of my money on a product that was never used. I will continue to warn people about this "family owned scam".
