Instacart delivers unsafe food
Instacart will deliver food that is no longer safe for consumption, and will refuse to provide a refund for food that is clearly not safe to eat. The shopper had our raw meat in the cart, unrefrigerated, for nearly 3 hours. After contacting support a (partial) refund was denied, and denied again after appealing. Instacart does not care about your health and safety and there is no recourse if they choose to scam you out of money.
