This company has great graphics; however buyer beware with returns or exchanges
This company has great graphics; however when I ordered 2 button down shirts and 2 tee shirts 1) took approx 3 weeks to arrive 2) the button down shirts fit great per their sizing; however the tee shirts sizing is extremely off 3) I contacted customer service and was asked to send them sizing of what I needed they would help - I sent them details they requested They responded with an offer of 20% off to reorder what I needed, regarding downsizing, etc to correct the issue When I asked for the return info to ship the items back for a refund, which is clearly stated on their return and exchange verbiage, I was replied to with "it would be too expensive to return the items to China and customs would probably stop it" Then they offered 30% off to reorder the items I wanted to return, I again asked for a refund and to return the items Then they offered a 10% refund against my original order and they stated they only make a 10% profit on their items anyway, so they were giving up their profit for me This was a round and round experience and quite frustrating I don't mind supporting sellers from other countries, but they need to be more forthright with the buyers and need to offer a way to return items purchased
