I am straight up AMAZED with the customer service!
I am straight up AMAZED with the customer service I received when I ordered a part a couple of weeks ago and today! While installing the pinch point wire, I managed to break a wire to the home position sensor. 😬😬😬 I called Whisker for a replacement wire...my Litter Robot 3 is out of warranty so I expected to pay for the new wire like I did the pinch point wire. I told the lady that I was willing to ship the base to them to repair, but unfortunately, they have discontinued repairs on my model since they no longer sell it. She spoke with her team members and came back with phenomenal news! The company is sending me a brand new base with all wires in place...WITHOUT CHARGE or even SHIPPING & HANDLING! I am in shock! I KNOW that Whisker is an AWESOME company to do business with...this is my second Litter Robot...I had the 2 before and when our cat passed away, I sold my 2 to a local veterinarian's office. My hubby let our grandson get another cat a couple of years later, so I immediately ordered another Litter Robot...the 3. I LOVE this thing! It lets me know on my phone when it needs to be emptied! My daughter has 3 cats and asked me if the Litter Robot is REALLY as good as I say it is and I told her it's even BETTER! She then ordered the newest model at the time, the Litter Robot 4, and she's thrilled with it! If I ever have need of another cat litter box, the ONLY one I will buy is whatever the latest model of the Litter Robot is! I HIGHLY recommend Litter Robot for the quality, design, longevity of use, AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Whisker is the ONLY company I will do business with when it comes to my cat's litter box!
