I clled because we suddenly had no hot water. on Wednesday July 8 and 4 pm The technician, a gentleman named Bruno, was courtesy and professional and very clear in what he was doing. within minutes he found the problem cleared the connection/blockage. he worked very cleanly to protect our carpet, he then recommended that we book r yearly maintaenane calls to ensure no interruption. My wife and I were impressed, and we thanked him!!
