DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Where do I start? We had an emergency construction and had to move out of our house and put all our luxury and expensive furniture in storage. They packed and took apart our furniture for us and stored it for almost 2 years. We paid $25 per month throughout the process as “insurance” in case anything came out damaged. We finally moved back into our house and were relying on our furniture being in good condition. To start, the delivery team was extremely rude and unhelpful, refused to open any of the furniture (it was covered with plastic and blankets) to show what the pieces were in order for me to tell them which room it belonged in. They had a box knife but refused to share it with me so I had to scrounge for a knife and cut everything open myself. They were supposed to deliver everything in one shipment and did not which was unfortunate because I had hired someone to rebuild the furniture and they brought half of some of the beds and not the full pieces so I had to pay the man to return and build the furniture again. Once the man started building the furniture there were screws missing. When I reached out about the missing screws they blamed me and refused to help, even thought THEY were the ones who took apart the furniture in the first place. My dining room chairs were brand new and they came out with horrible orange and brown stains. I had to hire a company to come clean them and they refuse to pay me for any of the damage. Our bedding that came out of storage has rust stains on many of the pieces and a lot of our furniture is damaged. Thousands of dollars and beautiful furniture down the drain. They insurance is a scam. It’s not a separate company but their own. They owe us thousands and all they offered to give us is $300 which we still have not received. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
