I had the pleasure of working with…Serana
I had the pleasure of working with Serana, and the customer service I received was truly exceptional. She was kind, professional, and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. The quality of the hair is amazing, and this level of customer care is exactly why I’ll continue ordering from Ywigs. I’ll definitely be ordering bundles next! Thank you, Serana, for going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
