Ordered the 3 random items bundle, and they sent me the same dress 3 times. They refuse to admit they have done anything wrong and wanted me to pay for the shipping back, which is expensive from the UK. I refuse to pay extra to fix this company’s mistake. UPDATE: The company has been in contact to provide me with 2 replacement dresses and say I don’t need to return the dresses already sent. I do think this is a satisfactory response to my issue, and I have had many good orders with Lacemade in the past and have found their dresses good quality, so I have changed my review. Although it was initially difficult to get a resolution, the eventual resolution was more satisfactory than you would get from many other companies.
