Double charged, 1/4 Order received.
Ordered two, 4 pack Dawn dishwashing detergent/1 gallon each from Lowes Hardware store. Received 2 gallons instead of 8. Requested help, received partial refund and assumed it would be refunded to card. After checking card realized instacart had charged twice and refund was a credit with them. Expensive mistake with no way to correct other than filing a dispute and waiting for card replacement. I do not advise using this site.
