I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing the new Rotimatic machine. First, the machine took nearly five months to arrive. When it finally did, it was not functional right out of the box. I spent weeks working with customer support through multiple troubleshooting sessions, but they were unable to fix the problem. After all the unsuccessful troubleshooting, I was offered either a replacement machine or a refund. I agreed to proceed with a replacement, provided that if the replacement also had issues, I would be considered for a refund. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails. Although I was initially told that my case would be taken care of, it has now been **more than six weeks**, and I have received no meaningful update. My emails have gone unanswered, and I have neither received a replacement machine nor a refund. What made this experience even more disappointing was that, during one of my interactions with customer support, a representative acknowledged my concerns and told me that they had been receiving many negative reviews about the new machine. The representative even suggested that I should request a refund instead. Hearing that from a member of the company's own support team significantly reduced my confidence in the product. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. When you spend this much money on a premium appliance, you expect a quality product backed by reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Rotimatic to thoroughly research the product and the company's customer support before making a decision. The machine I received never worked, customer service was unable to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts, and after promising a replacement or refund, the company stopped responding. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
