Case Number R104978067. I have made 18 calls to support since June 16 2026 with no return calls to help us with espresso machine. We are a loyal customer as well as referring our customers to Breville. Our machine has stopped working correctly and need help please. 7.10.26. 2:55PM MST. We have supplied all requested information as well as numerous photographs for your review. We will wait your response as stated someone will contact us shortly from email we received 7:06AM 7.10.26 6:14pm. The reply from Breville stated (For reference, your case number is R103065990) is a different case number from who knows where it came from. My case number is the one I supplied is R104978067 that has all our requested information attached so we can get our espresso machine fixed!! This a an absolute joke!! Does anyone even care anymore about customer service? 713.26 8:05AM MST. I am not at all impressed with the customer service of these high dollar Espresso Machines. I’ve gone through your requested tests with your supplied video. Everything passes the test with the exception of the max pressure was half in the espresso extract zone (photo attached).
