This was my first time ordering from Hermosa Hair, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I was honestly just taking a chance because I loved the way the unit looked online, and the price was very affordable. I happened to be out of town when my order was being delivered, but their customer service team stayed in touch with me the whole time to make sure I received it, which I really appreciated. When I finally opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised. The hair is super soft, feels very natural, and the curls are beautifully defined. The colors were also really vibrant right out of the box. They do fade a little after washing, but that’s pretty common with colored hair. The fit was great a lot of times units run too big for me. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations, the customer service was great, and I’m excited to wear this new look. I’ll definitely be ordering more units from Hermosa Hair in the future. I highly recommend them!
