AMAZING Service
I can not say enough about how good my experience has been with the customer service at FOCO. We are still working on resolving my issue but the lady I am working with has been so helpful. I am trying to get a bat to replace a broken one for one of my bobbleheads from 2008. She has gone, what I would consider, out of her way to find this bat. She could have said we don't handle thing 17 years old. Instead, she sent me a couple of samples that were close but not correct. Again she could have said sorry that is what we have and moved on, but she didn't. She is seeking help from other employees to get me the part I need.
