Installed a PrismPlus air conditioning…
Installed a PrismPlus air conditioning system..after barely 3 months lt started leaking water from the ducting. Upon checked by their technical team..found that the connections from one of the fan coil along the ducting had gave way due to poor workmanship during the installation..when the problem was identified and feedback to their technical/service dept, No response or any attempt to address this issue with us. We had gone through stressful inconvenience due to the leakage. I realised now why there are so many bad reviews with their products and service but its too late as I am stupid to ignore them.
