Consistently over promises and under (or fails to) delivers
We’ve had a couple issues with this company, but I’ve decided to give them one more chance. This was that chance. They consistently overpromising under Liver. We confirm pick up time of our luggage when we disembarked our cruise. No one was here. They gave instructions to find an individual who did not exist. When we finally reached someone, they said they would be here in half an hour. Unfortunately our airport Transfer was waiting for us and we could not delay to accommodate the lack of preparation. They’ve been told us to find another person wearing a labeled vest to also did not exist. We will never use this service again and I seriously would encourage people to look past the Marketing because this is not a consistent business model that has the bugs worked out yet.
