Not received parcel and lack of customer service awful company
I ordered a customised bunny in a jumper from this company on the 16th of May. Took ages to ship eventually shipped on the 22nd of June and when it eventually did it was not delivered to my address. It has been marked as delivered however I have not received it. I have contacted the company on their email over a week ago and have received no response from the company to help. I would not recommend this company to anyone, complete lack of customer service and I have spent my money and received nothing. Awful service.
