Excellent customer service from Amna Nawaz
I never write reviews but US Mobile’s customer service is over and above anything anybody would expect and I have to celebrate it. Shout out especially to Amna Nawaz for her empathy, efficiency, and excellent communication skills. Her patience, perseverance, and creativity in suggesting solutions helped resolve an issue for a client stuck overseas and in distress. Amna epitomizes the best of online interactions. Because of her, I’d wholeheartedly recommend that everybody switch to US Mobile.
