Customer Service is great I had a small issue upon delivery where I didn’t realize the neck and chest device was in a draw under the mask. I thought they didn’t ship it. Very clever packaging. Now I have an issue where some of the light are blinking off and on. There is a section that won’t stay on. Cust Serv offered to send me another device I’m able to keep the one I have. Not sure what I can do with a broken neck device however it’s nice not to have to have to jump through hoops sending it back And waiting for replacement. So far so good 👍
