Overall, the experience is good and very enjoyable; problem resolution is relatively quick and straightforward. My only concern is that readers who report buying versions via Amazon that are only available in print from Lulu never see the sale listed. This is prompting me to explore alternative marketplaces like Amazon, such as publishing directly there. Best regards
