First Time with Luggage Forward.
Used Luggage Forward (LF) for first time in June. Going on a 2 week cruise from England to Norway/Iceland, looking for an option to keep from hauling luggage around in airports, etc. Tried LF and it was great. Shipping information for out/in bound legs was easy to load on user friendly screens. They shipped luggage tags several weeks before departure, packed bags (YouTube has helpful videos). Driver showed up at house to pick up luggage. Company sent out periodic updates through the process. Glitch came up when our first flight was canceled throwing everything off schedule. Got notification that luggage was being loaded aboard ship while we were still in the states. Finally caught up with ship at another port three days after it departed. Our bagggae was there when we arrived, neatly in the stateroom!!! Everyone I talked to on the trip had never heard of LF but thought it was a great concept. I had a question getting ready for debarkation. Went to Guest Services (Princess) aboard ahip. Their staff had not heard of LF. Suggest LF send out information to cruise lines to spread the word. Luggage was processed by LF personnel at debarkation and delivered to my house three days later! Can't say enough about the company. Highly recommend!!! Outstanding service. Thanks.
