I am very disappointed with my experience with American Musical Supply. I placed an order, but it was canceled. I contacted customer service to find out why, and all I was told was that they couldn't match my information with my address. I asked several times what information didn't match and what I could do to resolve the issue, but no one could give me a specific answer. Instead, I kept receiving the same generic response over and over again. Without knowing what the actual problem is, it's impossible to fix it. I expected much better customer service. If a customer's order is canceled, they deserve a clear explanation and guidance on how to resolve the issue—not the same scripted response repeated multiple times. Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience, and I won't be shopping here again.
