Never buying online Home Depot order…
Never buying online Home Depot order again. The freight service they use is beyond terrible. I was given a defective loveseat I cannot put together. I am on my fourth time rescheduling with Hub Group to get it picked up so I can get my refund and buy somewhere else. They either cancel or are no shows and no call. Worst customer service. They expect us to keep taking off work and waiting for no one to show up! Why is Home Depot even associated with such an unprofessional company it is making Home Depot look terrible.
