Overall, I had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, several days passed beyond the promised shipping timeframe after I placed my order, and I didn’t receive any updates. When I contacted customer support, they explained that the delay was caused by a problem with their order processing system. Since my filming schedule was approaching, I asked if they could expedite the shipment. From that point on, they responded quickly and made every effort to ensure the product arrived in time for my shoot. The delayed shipment and the lack of proactive communication were definitely negative points. However, I appreciate how hard they worked to make up for the issue, and the product itself is excellent. Those factors are why I’m giving this rating. I would be happy to purchase from them again.
